Yes it is Holz & fits the GenII chassis 2000-2001. I believe the rear bracket that mounts to the rails is the only difference between the GenII & Edge. So if you have an Edge/Escape you should be able to adapt it fairly easily.

Edge chassis

I spoke with Matt @ Holz on whats required to fit this skid on the edge / other chassis. The main thing is to ensure the upper mounts are 28.25" apart. So if you have stock rear drop brackets on your edge chassis you'll need to relocate them. If you have the aftermarket rear drop brackets with multiple mount locations you should be OK.

I used this skid on my GENII with a drop n roll, 151" Edge rails, 7" skidoo rear wheels & a 156" track. I believe there was enough adjustment left to run a 159" track. If you don't have the drop n roll I think you could still run a 155/156" track with the same rails & 8" wheels.
