HO or non HO Motor Help

Kind of a Newbie question

I have a 2003 mxz rev 800 and i am trying to determine if it has a HO or non HO motor.

The reason why is i am wondering if i buy a HO bottom end will it work with a non HO top end and all the computer stuff?

Not HO. Only the 2003.5 REV summit was HO. About 6 HP Difference

The cylinders have a upsidedown u shape above the reed housing on a ho cylinder. ho's have a larger end bearing on the crank and different port heights.
