HMMM...Mods for next year?

So it looks like my season is pretty much over with, unless we get some dumps in May. (Which is possible) I am mulling over ideas on what to do with my sled next year. I am thinking about a shock upgrade and maybe a drop and roll? I am going to shy away from any engine mods until my warranty is up. I was thinking about a 1500-2000 dollar budget. What does everyone think about the best bang for the buck?
Here are some I have eliminated:
New track (I think the 5.1 works good for our snow conditions)
SLP Single (Would mess with my warranty)
Turbo (Not in the budget and also a warranty buster)

I'm in the same boat .. Jus looking for a little more.
Lots of people are saying power addiction head.. But like u said you don't wanna void warranty (same here)
I wouldn't completely rule out a pipe as it is only a couple springs to get it back to stock. And from what I've read the dynoport setup is suppose to be good. My 2c

-hps can
-betterboards
-wrap
-powdercoating
The more snow you can keep off the lighter it's gonna be

$175 JT Running Board Inserts (pcoated black)
$13 DIY Vinyl Wrap on tunnel (adhesive rocker panel kit from auto parts store) - the CF looks sharp IMO
$65 madsigntist Guage Cage/Lifter/Vent - heat extraction and viewability
mike taylor Block Off Plates - mainly to keep sticks/branches and crap out of the belly pan >< and snow on the deep days
mike taylor upper cowl/w-s/headlight area Vents - seems to be the best area to add "heat extraction" venting on this sled
skid plate? - still undecided on which brand to use..or weather or not I need one...

The DP exh. setup sounds intriguing @ a claimed 18# wt loss...but really wouldn't want to mess w/ fueling or deal w/ associated issues.
That, and the few cans I have heard on Pros are so god damn obnoxious...I really don't want to deal with noise on yet another sled.

However, has anyone dabbled with ceram. coating stock exhaust? Gains? Wt loss? I'd be prone to coat stock exhaust before anything else.

Honestly, my biggest issue has been the running boards, I was spoiled with Better Boards on my Nytro for the last 3 years.
I think I can get used to the narrow boards, mainly because I believe wide boards really do cause more hangup-stucks..it was clearly evident on the Nytro, so I'll probably stick with the narrow boards, and just find a way to keep them clean instead.

I actually had a set of better boards for my pro, but I gave them to my buddy because I thought I didn't need them. I kind of wish I had them back now. I didn't have many problems with snow build-up when it was cold blower snow, but whenever the snow gets a little heavier it sticks on the stock ones more than the better boards. I am going to do some venting as well. I rode a pro that had the fox evol shocks on it and it was SWEET. Tough for me to get over the price tag on those babies though. I like the gauge relocator, might have to get my hands on that one. Keep the ideas comin fellas.

Top of my list is a front bumper that doesn't fold like a house of cards and shock revalving. Is VE making bumpers for the Pros? Their stuff flat out WORKS! The Carl's clutch facing worked wonders for dropping the clutch temps and I scored an Isovibe riser from Grip and Rip; that was the best $90 spent on my sled by far.

Have FUN!

1. I am thinking Airframe boards(the stockers are tearing the crap out of my boots, especially since I tend to have part of my boot on the edge of board where the sharp little teeth are most of the time and I can't be replacing boots every year or two) I would like a little wider board also. Plus, in deep snow I was cleaning my boards out a lot in the front and back. I had my foot slip several times due to packed snow when I went to push on the back of the board to kick the sled around for an uphill turn and tore my Klim bibs on the boards as a result.
2. I am leaning toward QRS bag system with quick release. Need to get some weight out of my backpack.
3. Another set of bogie wheels
4. A brushed aluminum front bumper from Polaris
5. A shock rebuild by Carl's
6. Gauge relocator kit to get it up higher for more visibility.
