I purchased there backcountry pack about 2 years ago and last week a small loop that holds my water bladder ripped. I contacted them and sent them a photo of the tear and they said that they will fully replace my backpack even though it isnt under warrenty. They always returned my email the next day and took the time to make sure that my problem was resolved. Kudos to HMK and keep up the good work.
