HM turbos ported pro

Shane Hart at HM turbos did a ported pro for me. I have rode the sled two times and I put 100 miles on it, with no problems at all... compared to a stock pro, it has a lot more bottom end, mid range, and top end. His kit consists of his porting, his billet head, dyno port exhaust, his costum clutching, he has completely re-geared the sled, and we added a challenger extreme track a 162 2.5. The sled is day and night from stock. I cannot thank Shane enough for giving me the set up that I was looking for. Will get pics up soon.

Shane built my buddy's 12 pro with the works.
turbo, gearing, clutching, extro drivers, peak track, adjustable limiter, dual rate springs, valved shocks, mtx skis, and I'm sure I'm forgetting several other things.
The workmanship is top notch, I'm telling you the sled is a showpiece.

I've talked to Shane several times about my boondocker pro, even bought a few parts for clutching from him. He is always eager to help even if your using a different kit.

pro

This sled is amazing has the power of an arctic cat with the agility of the pro chassis. It fixed the only real prob polaris has........LACK OF POWER!!!!!!!!Pinner

Thats not what I wanted to hear. 22 hr drive home that included running out of fuel on the Mt/Id border.

no turbo. sled rips fun to ride

now if you can figure out how to ride subman lol.BOOST IT BABY
Ive seen shanes work first hand and I do have to say the quality is bar none the best he pays attention to all the little details belt ajustment clutching spot on reed oilers and of course my favorite horsepowder testing tuning seeing if there is just a little more to be had.I think its the rmsha racer in him if its not perfect then make it perfect. Then ride it like you stole it

I bet she runs HARD; HM's work is top notch!! can't wait to get out with ya one of these days and see her perform.

Hoping to get out with Shannon when she gets her 660 with a turbo done by HM... that's gonna be one helluva machine too!!

We started testing yesterday the hm turbo kit on our 2011 rmk 163 and we are very impress with fit and finish....made a few changes in the fuel delivery system(deleted in tank FPR for an external 1:1 fpr) and we are running the sled with stock compression and our standalone ecu .....we are in complete control of the turbo and can cruise the sled forever with 0 hesitation at all and afr is 100% stable. at 6 lbs on 91 octan pump gas not to aggressive on timing with a rich side fuel mapping we are in the 190 hp and not even close to detonation.......at 8 lbs still on 91 pump gas , in the 210-215 with plenty of spare timing in the back pocket , all that with stock injectors.....start to lift dumbells guys, that thing is pulling so hard it is unbelievable! i am holding videos and pics for a bit later(next week). bottom end is so responsive it is crazy. the turbo 2 stroke world is about to change.....the 4 stroke guys should prepare to trade-in their heavy pigs for a nimble pump gas 215 hp 430 lbs ripper!!

I will trade it in when u get the ecu done for the kitty cats

So?

Are you doing these fuel changes in conjunction with Shane and HM, or just got his setup and tuning it?

I am working on the dual injector setup and Precision EFI is working on a single injector setup. The goal here is to reach as much hp on pump gas as possible and be as reliable as it gets. We are really close its just going to take some tweeking. The new setup is in initial testing and is not set in stone yet as you know, it will not be released until proven 100% in the field and on the dyno. When we say its a pump gas kit, thats exactly what it will be.

Yeah

Is your sled runnin any better than it did that day in the meadows at the top of Lolo Pass??

Or was that not you?
