Destroyed my stock chain and top gear last weekend with manual chain tensioner and stage three TLC delete kit installed . Just got done installing the hivo lower gear ratio set tonight. Taking it out tomorrow , hoping this set up holds up.

Silly question, your gears were running perfect? (Checked with a straight edge.) I have the stronger chain from evo in mine with the stage 3 tcl delete kit installed. I checked out my new chain after running it 300 miles and it looks good.

Yep. Ran new gears and chain today. Ran perfect. My two stroke friends didn't have a chance keeping up today.

bet the chain stretched . My racheted last week and was super lose . Guess you have to check it once and a while.

I don't want to step on any toes:face-icon-small-blu but you can't run this kind of power on that kind of chain and powdered cinder gear, IT WILL NOT LAST. BMP tried to run a DH chain as well with no luck. all you have to do is get ahold of go traction one time and its game over. I know Its hard to spend $500.00 to $600.00 dollars for gear sets but if you start doing a bunch of tuning on your cars, boats, trucks, bikes, side by sides etc.. your going to find the next weak link. That's way I developed these gear sets. Sorry about the facts but that's the way it is.:brick:
