Back at Hawkfest, I had the unfortunate experience of jamming my leg into the old hip socket.. hurt like hell and still does. I figured it was on of those things that would just go away.. Seems like it would be a very common Hawk related injury. anyone have any tips on what helps to strengthen or overcome this??
