Since I can’t post riding pictures YET I thought I’d share some highlights of my fall. It was crazy busy, crazy fun and a few times just flat out crazy. Snow shows, Premiers, Showings, Speaking Engagements…. Felt like a regular Carny! And then there’s the print stuff, I showed up in the WPS Product Catalog, the cover of a DVD cover and a magazine! And in between all of this we got my new 2012 RMK built. Keep in mind that I also have a full time job too. Like I said, CRAZY! FUN!
In August our film Flirting With Danger finished production and our DVD cover was released, with me on the front!
Octane Productions ~ Flirting With Danger
First stop on the Premier schedule was the 509 and Octane Productions Premier in Spokane. This was an exciting event for our little production company! 509 does things BIG and it was so cool to be a part of it.
Next came Haydays where we shared a booth with Sledhead Racing. It was a spectacular weekend even with all the dirt and grime!
Then we had a “Start of winter” BBQ at a friends house and showed Flirting with Danger on his BIG ARS SCREEN! LOL
WPS 2012 Snow Products Catalog was released.
Raced in the Enumclaw Grass Drags. I took 3rd in the Mountain 900 class with a Carls Cycle 840.
Cover of WhiteOut Magazine.
Puyallup Snow Show was next with our Friday night dinner, showing of FWD and a raffle.
Myself with Emilie & Cedar
Jen and I get some Yeti love.
My new baby showed up!
Then I was off to Edmonton Snow Show where I got to be silly with another sledchick with our Super Hero Capes on the Boondocker Turbo sled.
North Bend Theatre wanted to have a “Sledders night” so we showed Flirting With Danger and Thunderstruck 10.
Back to Washington State for a Premier/ Party in Leavenworth thanks to Kensrud Wrench.
Some of Flirting With Danger’s riders with a little fan.
Lots of fabulous prizes were donated for our raffle.
While I didn’t get to attend Sledfilm, our video was one that was played on the big screen!
Last show of the season was Spokane.
My new Timbersled Mountain Tamer got installed on the spot.
One of our cuter fans.
Emilie Moreshead and myself
But that isn’t the end for me. The next weekend I was off to Skagit Valley Polaris’ Winter Open House.
Finally we get to ride. Thanksgiving Day!
And then as a Guest Speaker at the Cascade Drift Skippers Snowmobile Club meeting.
Got to let a newbie deploy the Float 18! FUN
In between all of this, we built my new sled for the season…..
Here's threads for installation of components.
VanAmburg Boondock Bumper Install
Arctic FX Graphics Wrap
Timersled Mountain Tamer with Ice Age Rails Install
Spent a day at VanAmburg Enterprises installing my new Boondock Bumper Kit.
And now… I patiently await all that new snow we were promised…
