Story is the driver of the logging truck was throwing a cable over the logs on his truck to secure them, when he wound up hooking a 7200 volt high voltage line. At least he hooked the lower 7200 volt line that is underbuilt, below the even higher voltage transmission lines above.
In one of the photos, you can see the logs still smoldering.
