I just did the FBF Cable and new intake boots.. Got everything back togather today and started her up and the idle is at 2000rpm. Before i did everything the idle was at 1600 or so.

Do i just need to take it out and ride it? I didnt mess with the idle so i have no idea why it would be higher.

vaccum leaks, cable tension, tps setting...

if they are all good, just lower the adjuston nut on the throttle bodies and lower your idle manually. usually 1500rpm is what i set mine at...after adjusting the TPS it will raise your idle so you will have to lower it yourself. ;)

spray carb cleaner around the throttle body boots, if it chokes the engine you have a leak...

but i am willing to bet your TPS needs adjust is all...but its important to do it anyways...

I really doubt i have a vaccuum leak. I just cant see those things leaking to easily. Hmm..

In any case though ill check it all out tomorow. Gotta go eat some turkey today. :D :D :D

Running perfect today. This sled takes a bit to warm up. then when it gets to 115 degrees or so the idle drops to normal. hmm
