High idle and lots of vibration

I took the turbo off for the year, put the sled completely back to stock with the exception of boyesen reeds and a 12.5 par head. Put new yellow injectors in it with a reflash to match and fired her off.

It starts up idiling around 2100 and slowly climbs up to 34-3500. (If you blip the throttle it comes down the 3500 and stays) I checked for vac leaks at the throttle body's, boots, reeds, crank seals on both sides, and around the injectors with no luck. Then I stripped her back down to the throttle bodies, re-set the baseline, checked for sync, adjusted the idle screw back to where it should be. Baseline for the tps is .698, idle is at .941. Tightened all the fittings put everything back on, fired her up and same thing. Used abou half a can of beerymans looking for more leaks with no success.

Does anyone have any ideas what to check next?

Also could they have out the wrong flash on my ecu and could that be causing it?

Checking and verifying the TPS only uses the PTO side, and perhaps the MAG side throttle body blade is open more???????

Perhaps the throttle blades got out of synch somehow?????

With a mirror (if necessary) look to see if BOTH throttle blades are the same amount of opening. You can also use a small drill bit to gauge it

Wrong flash, I'd say no.

After that, time to pressurize the case, maybe it's the MAG side seal??

Hope this helps to diagnose the problem
