High elevation restart bog

I have a 2012 assault with 700 miles on it right now, im getting a werid bog after a restart that is just a bit puzzling to me.

Its realy not all that common and does not happen every ride even in the same areas, but i did see it a little at around 200 miles and recently now at 700 i had some bad bog, it seems to realy only happen at higher elevations, 8-9K and up. and so far that is realy the only common factor i can realy find in it.
it seems like a short restart wont make it bog but being off for 5 min or longer does, the bogging it self well last a few min at most but runs great the rest of the day.

for instance last thur and friday i put on nearly 100 miles from my house and both days were exactly the same, start off early on icy trail and cant get any cooling, stopping every half mile and letting it cool down for 5+ min each time (live at 6,200) eventually im high enough in elevation that i can keep it cool and the day is getting warmer to help also, rip out 10 miles straight, stop at around 9K in a big flat medow for the same amount of time i was stopping in lower elevations and after i refire it up and it starts very easy, it bogs every few secs here and there and bogs realy hard, allmost like no spark for half a second to even more, fires back up.

thur was on old plugs and friday was on new plugs, fule filter is original.
oil ratio is pretty high, around 30 to 1, i turned the screw in 3 full turns from factory like many others and now comparing how fast i use both i would say its around 30to1, not realy sure where to go from here other than fule filter and maby turning back the oil a turn?
different source for gas?
