hifax wear??? 09 m8

was installing the Fett brothers canisters on my fox floats today and noticed the hyfax's on my 09 m8 looks like there about needing replacement. Sled only has 400+miles on it. How many miles are people getting out of a set? anyone run SLP hyperfax? hate to have to change them 2-3 times a year if only getting around 500 miles on them.

I have over 3500 miles on my '08 M8 with the stock hyfax. I ride less than 15 miles on the road per day tho! The rest is all POW!

thats why i was surprised. I did not buy sled until feb. and rode it 90% in powder.

My m7 is on the stock highfax I am about 3900 miles may need to soon.At first it looked like they were wearing fast ,but are still going .

I have 06 m7 never had a problem with hyfax till i put the powerclaw on. Now i go through two sets every season. Its the clips only half of the clip is rounded.

have just over 5,000 miles on my stockers 07 M8, i try and ride the side of the trail when its hard packed. we avoid anything groomed if at all possible, love to watch peeps just blow down the middle of a hardpacked trail, can smell thier hyfax's all the way gonna be putting on a powerclaw tommorow and am gonna change them, figure its about time...

5000 miles is good. i think ill order a set and have them here incase i need to change them quickly

How tight have you been running your track? I have no wheels in mine and scratchers and they look like new with the same mileage as you.

i never even adjusted the track from stock. I had it jacked up yesterday and the track was hanging App. 1 1/2 down from hyfax with not pull on track. Seems lose enough
