I put the fox floats on my 08 m8 now up top where the shock mounts it seems as if the washer I have was able to pull through the plastic bushing so if you would can you take a look at yours and tell me how big that washer is that is on the outside under the nut thanks a lot how I found this out was I hit a rock and the left side popped out so I looked at the other side I grabbed the shock up high and just gave it a swift hard tug forward and the thing popped right out.........

shocking problem

supposed to have washer larger than the outside diameter of the shock rubber bushings. Just had another air shox M7 in with same problem, improper assembly, had to order shock body for cutomer last spring on M1000 with same issue only he rode it with shock clanking around for 20 miles and shock mount tears up outside of shock body.

yeah im glad i found it early so im going to tear it down and put a bigger washer on it then thanks
