BLM report that is what they are using to shape current OHV policy.

Note that it states very clearly where the information in the report was obtained. I have not yet substantiated any of the 'peer reviewed' papers yet, but i will probaly spend the next two weeks digging through this.

We need to start paying closer attention to these kinds od documents as this is how laws will be written.

I have only read a little and can tell this is completely 1 sided and full of BS. It's people using lies for the benefit of no one. I'm not saying that when I ride my wheeler it doesn't kick up dust because it does but it to tell me that it effects the plants next to the trail I find impossible to believe because they thrive just as much as the ones hundreds of yards away from the dust.

I have said it before and will say it again when it comes to wildlife and wheelers, bikes, sleds or someone walking by. I can drive past a deer here in Idaho on my wheeler and it will sit motionless and watch me go by. If I stop it will more then likely stay put and keep watching, but if I get off my wheeler that critter is gone. This can go for countless animals not just limited to deer.

It's the same idiots that wanted wolves and now they want us to vacate any piece of public land. The problem is that no one wins with more wilderness or closure of ATV trails.
