i was watching sledneck's 11 last night with some buddies!

and burandt's segment came on and he was on the m-series

it seem's to me and all of my friend's that when burandt was riding a cat they were F**KIN crazy! wheelie's everywhere and ran like raped ape's.

now watching him on a Poo it just doesn't seem like they run quite as strong as the cat's.

maybe its just him changing his style but please take a look and you'll have to agree.

:boink:

I agree, but wait till this years movies come out. I think you'll see some spectacular Pro riding!

The M series are still bad to the bone on boost!

I feel the opposite comparing his riding in schooled 1&3 the riding in 3 is way better. 2 I think was a step down with the dragons.

I thought his AC was a boosted 1000, and now the Pro is an 800.

Does the AC have a tendency to wheelie more than the Pro regardless of rear suspension? Maybe the AC track hooks up harder thus lofting the front higher...

All his cats were 153s & a lot of his pros are 163... maybe that's a difference with the wheelies?

From the movies ive seen it seems like a lot of his Pro's are 155s. Plus Burandt's Backcountry Adventures is in the same town as me haha, see them all the time.

Totally a different style of riding as he has matured and found what really makes him tick.

Any fool with a loosened limiter strap, upper body strength and about a foot of crud to dig into can wheelie all day long, and be the parking lot hero. (Not describing Chris in anyway here)

But to choose a crazy lateral line and finesse a sled across something seemingly unrideable, or to flog back through that trench on the same treed slope on the return trip takes skill, coupled with the power of a Turbo.

Dude has championed everything he has done, Hillclimb, Freestyle Ramp, Back country Hits, Drops etc. Nothing to prove anymore, Just ride for the ride.

Burandt is so bada$$ he could do it on an RX-1!

I have always thought he looked smoother on the Cat... Not to say Cat was a better sled... He seems to look better on the Cat M Chassis
