Dumb question maybe but what is wrong with the stock clutch covers?
On 2 strokes the stockers blow apart if you have a belt blow and it takes out your belly pan out with it, a friend of mine almost had his knee messed up when he blew a belt, if you have a 4 stroke, it can take out your ecu and belly pan and possible knee with it.

Thanks for providing the list.

I will be ordering several items from you.

Turbo cover bag will be like a turbo blanket, right? Material/price?

Also, do you have any info on how the clutch fan will operate?

Will jackshafts have an option to be shipped with clutch-side bearings of high quality (SKF)pre-installed?

The turbo blanket will be made out of the same stuff the regular car turbo's are covered with, the price is still up in the air right now.
The fan kit will be a fan mounted in the panel below where your knee hits, the sled will need venting in front of the clutch down by the lower a arm to be able to draw in cold air instead of drawing in hot air from the motor, the heat shield I'm selling would really need to be used with the fan set up, another fan really needs to be on the exhaust side to draw most of the heat from the motor, there will be different fan kits for what people want, I'm still doing research on the fans to withstand hot and cold temps and getting wet.

The jackshaft bearing deal is not something I want to get involved with because the pto side bearing is not to my liking because it is packed in grease and over revs because it can only handle 7500 rpm, the stock bearing can rev 15,000 rpm in oil and is over rev at 7500 rpm because of the grease, so at this point I don't want to get involved with that kind of problem

powder coated black inside belly pan protector and belt guard

there are a few spots where the light is reflecting on them, they came out really nice.

vented guard

Here is a special ordered belt guard with extra venting, the small holes are where the clutch air induction port comes in from the side panel.:target:
Thanks

Is the website done yet???
It is almost done but all orders go through my email address on the site so things don't get crossed up and you get the best price on shipping.
so many options on somethings it will be hard to keep track of it.
If people want to use credit cards and don't want a paypal account, all I have to do is send you a invoice to pay and it gives you a option to pay by credit card
Thanks
Frank
