I have ripped the track off of my 06 summit 1000 and am wondering if i should change chain and or bearings when io change track? i only have 700 miles on it what should i do?

You could be due for a chain i usually only get about 900 miles out of one. Although i have 3000 miles on my vearings, I feel they are good.
