Help with qrs

Good morning,
i have a friend who is not near a computer so he asked me to see if i could get some info on dialing in his qrs secondary. The sled is a 2008 xp summit 154. We live in new hampshire and ride from 1200ft thru 4000 ft elevation. 1st and foremost he loves his sled, but last year went thru 4-5 belts. He has done the updates that he's dealer recommended (such as continuing the slot thru on the plastic adjuster). He would like any advise you may have,(set up or otherwise). He is at the point where he would either keep the qrs if he could get it right or go with a after market jackshaft and different clutch. Any thoughts, thanks in advance.

What belt is he running?

Has he brought it to the dealer?

Has he looked around on Dootalk?

Has he looked at a Revman shim kit?


Lots of options before buying a new jackshaft

He was running the old STOCK belt(there is an update but he hasn't tried that yet, but will)
he has had it to the dealer.
He will look on doo talk and will check out revman.

mxzx-revzone.com this is the best advice i can give it has worked for me and ALOT of others. The new belt helps to he can take his old belts in to the dealer and get them replaced with the new 377 for FREE!
