help! with old phazer starter

I have a 1996 Phazer Mt lite that I would like to add a electric start to it. My 11yrs old daughter has trouble starting it. Great machine for her.

I know of a 1992 phazer 2 available for parts. Does anyone know the year of phazers that I could get for parts? I looked online part diagrams but there are a few different #'s on the starter.

How hard is this to do? I assume I have to change the whole ignition system.

Any help would be great!
