Help with new Nytro

Well I went & got an 08 Nytro. 1st ride today, put 45 miles on it & had a blast. I know it will take some time getting used to coming off a 99 RMK but love it none the less. What brand / type of hand guards is everyone using? I know the track sucks and the lugs are all folded over but will reversing the track just make them fold over the other way? I also need to raise the bars about 2-3 inches. What pivot risers work for the Nytro? I really like the sled & I know it will get better with time, I just want to do these things to it before the season is totaly over.

all of our sleds have powermadd hand guards on them

I've got one with the powermadd and one with the sporttech handguards. The sporttech guards are larger and provide more protection, but I really like the flexible mounting arm on the powermadds. With both brands, a little cutting was required to mount them, but nothing major. After seeing the factory handguards, I'd price them before buying the others. I think they are standard on all nytros except the mtx. Go figure.

I checked on various Yamaha sites & they do not list hand guards as accessories or replacement part on any Nytro Did anybody's Nytro come with handguards??
