Help with my M6 to M7 project

I know that there are probably a hundred threads like this, but the search option leaves alot to be desired. I just bought a 700 topend and have a couple questions.
1. Are the power valves the same between the 6 and 7?

2. Where can you send in your ECU to get reflashed? And, how much did it cost?

3, Is there a difference in gearing between the two?

The power valves are different.
You can send your ecu to arctic cat thru your dealer.
The gearing is the same between the two.
