I found a box that was used on a 1100 motor just wondering if the same box will work on an 08 1000? The instructions for the box say that is is for a/c efi version 04 e or higher any thoughts? Thanks for the help

Power up the box and it will tell you what application (sled model and year) it is for when started - every time it is powered up it will tell you. If you do not have the battery supply, to power it when not plugged into the machine, you will need to buy one or find out what wires to put 9V to. In order to find the part number if you want to buy one you will need to know if it is the older 12 pin connector (4 x 3 pins), or the newer 10 pin (5 x 2 pins). I would just call boondocker directly for this. you can find their phone number on their website. Good luck
