Anyone have a clutching and jetting chart for this machine you can send me ? Also has Team clutch no tools W machine need the L shaped screw in thingy to loosen clutch to remove belt. Is the tool same as say from an 08 machine. If so I tried that screwed it in but will not open sheaves just goes part way in till tight, don't want to force it. Any ideas?

TEAM SECONDARY TOOL: Assuming the threads in the secondary are still good, You can easily make that "L" shaped tool by starting with a 4" long (or longer) 1/4" coarse thread bolt from the local hardware store and bend it into an "L" shape, or just use the bolt along with a 7/16" wrench. And yes, the same tool is used for all the TEAM Secondaries. You should be able to turn it by hand

JETTING CHART: Try the Owner's Manual thread at the top, as they usually include the 1 page attachment with the clutch info and jetting chart.

So how hard do I dare turn this. My 08 turns easily. Would there be something binding. Any other ways to ge it opened up?
 
Careful, I had that happen once and damaged the clutch. To my dismay when the sled was shut off I was going in reverse, which had the team clutch in reverse, no where for the sheeves to go. Punched the tool thru the clutch hub.
 
So I tried it again. Turns in easily 1st 10 or so turns till it feels like it should start to open but gets really hard next 1/4 turn and stops. How hard do I push it?

Good thought if I remember right it was in reverse when I shut it down. will try firing it up and spin track a little. Thanks
 
Anyone know where the thread for Owners manual went. Thought I saw it this morning now can't seem to find it.
