I pulled the motor from my sled, is an 05 900, last year. I finally have it put back in and went to start it tonight and couldn't get it to start. Any body have any ideas on what to look for or check? I have fuel pressure at the rail but I don't have spark. As far as I can tell I've got all the plugs and wiring connected, key is on, killswitch off. I tested the ignition and kill switch, both were working. Anybody have any ideas on where to look next? Maybe someone else who's been here before?

unplug everything from the handlebars first and try for spark again..you can control the sled if it starts by the key switch
alot of guys are in a hurry or forget and they connect the wiring for the grip heaters to something else it grounds the coils preventing spark..
otherwise could be a lu of these...connections, seems to be the biggest and most common.
