got a 11 pro 163 with an 11 silber kit really low miles was setup to run strait av gas at around 11 lbs wanting to setup it up to run 80%/20% prem.(non eth) /race at 5000'-8000' wondering if anybody has advise on a good starting point on clutch weight,clutch springs,fuel #s and boost #s

p.s. is it worth the coin to upgrade any of the kit components for better perfomance/ reliability ?
 
I rode with a guy that never even put on his Bully dog display the whole week in revy. Install was 3 days before he left for revelstoke. Ran flawless and stronger than ever. from 2k to 7k all good. Silbers kit flat out rocks. crips clean pull and go. Look on Justins homepage for install on the pro rmk 2nd to last page of instructions has the recommended settings with the PSI, Elevation and weights.
I thought it was worth the extra not to have to check or set anything. I am installing my kit on my 13 now but have not finished, waiting for new clutch springs, if they arrive this week I will let everyone know how it runs Sun Mon for a test run if JUstin gets my part to me before friday.

as to upgrade on an 11 kit justin said not worth it because of cost
but i should ask him about doing partial upgrade ?

Getting the aluminum intake box out is a big upgrade but not sure if it is worth it financially, not sure what all has to be upgraded.
 
That price is to update a 12 kit. For the 11 all you would use is the turbo. You would be better off selling it and getting a new one.

Would it be possible just to but the silicon intake tube and oil tank. I have a Boost IT controller on it all ready. I have 1800 trouble free miles. Or even just the up graded oil tank,, OR oil turbo would be my best option.

Would you be able to PM me a few options and prices.
