Help setting up 700 MM with Nytro MTX skid and 153" Maverick

Has anyone installed a Nytro MYX skid and a 153" Maverick in a Mountain Max yet?

If so, do you have any pointers? I am getting ready to do this on a 97 Mountain Max 700 once some more parts come in. I am wondering about suspension mounting, rear drop down brackets and how far down from the rail the hole needs to be to transfer properly. I'm also interested in any gearing and clutching setups you think might work.

I also have another skid and Maverick (I'm waiting for parts for this skid too) and it's going into a 99 Phazer 500 (Mountain Max body style). This one will have to be geared pretty low I'm guessing.

If anyone has any tips or ideas, I'd love to hear them.

Thanks

Frosty

i have no advice on it, but post pics and tell me how it works :) i was going to do that on my MM but my dad took all the money from selling my YZ125 :( stupid F in math.

Are you planning on using the Nytro maverick 3" pitch track on your MM? If so and you dont have a D&R you must do a little trimming. I tried using an A20 and 7T drivers on a stock mm once and after trimming It was just under 1.75" tall Paddles. Whats that Maverick measure from the inside of the track clip all the way up to the end of the paddle? I am thinking the belting on the the Mav is a little thinner than the A20 so you may not have to trim as much off as I had to. PM if you have any questions.:beer;
