HELP!!! Running BAD in the mid-range.....???

Before I even rode my '10 Nytro I installed a lithium ion Ballisitic lightweight battery and the sled didn't run right at all. I thought I had an electrical short because if I "pinned it" it would bog, as if the TORS was activated.
After troubleshooting for hours I ditched the Lightweight battery and installed the 13lb stock battery and it took off like a rocket!!!

"BUT"...... I still have the same "TORS" hesitation in the mid-range but it revs right thru it and off you go. If I roll into it, it will stumble around half throttle but clear up when you rev thru it, and my gauges will sometimes go blank when it stumbles......ANY IDEAS?????

How about some specifics like sled, mods, turbo, throwing codes ?

Cherrybomb muffler
Back to an OEM battery
....basically a STOCK sled

No codes anymore. It showed the TORS code 84 after I installed the Ole's riser/forward kit but I got it figured out. Also did the code 81 but I installed new heat elements. The two left lights (YELLOW hazard, RED temp) will sometimes come on when it bobbles but they go away as soon as I left off the gas and it doesn't hold a code. Weird....

Things that don't affect performance:
Better boards
Skinz bumpers front and rear
Ole's tapered riser
"homemade" rider forward
Yamaha roll-over with tether kit

That's it for now.....once I get the kinks figured out I will tweak with clutching/gearing or save every penny for boost

Try disconnecting your HIDs, I've seen them cause some weird issues in cars.
