Help putting a 151 skid into a 121 440 chassis

I'm helping my buddy put a 151 into his 03 440 chassis. What I'm after is the measurements for drilling holes into the tunnel...or at least the distance between the front/rear holes. Any trick to getting it positioned right the first time? Can we leave the front hole or does that need to get moved down/back? The 03/04 440's have a bit of a drop bracket for the rear....will that be enough drop and should we just move that mount back how ever many inches?

Not sure what the skid is out of as it hadn't arrived yet...hopefully today. I think it's from a rev, might be a ZX, not totally sure. Does that matter?

Thanks!!

Another buddy, Robbie, actually bought an 03 440 with that done. He went back to a 121 and I seem to have "accidentally" stolen those 151 rails for this project. With Andrews we tried that and with the 121 guts bolted to 151 rails, sitting on the bench at least, the torsion springs kept popping out and something else kept getting f'd up. The 151 rear arm holes are farther back which created part of the issue. I remember coming across something where someone uncoupled a 121 skid and put 151 rails on....but for the life of me I can't find it now. Well reguardless, Andrew went and bought a 151 skid and wants to put that in. That seems like the better way to go IMO. The 121 guts seems like the hack way to go about it honestly. It use to be coupled, now it mostly isn't, but the front/rear shocks are still connected together....just doesn't seem like a great way to go???

Here is Robbies sled when he got it...121 SC3 with 151 rails.

my sled is like this. its an old sno-x race sled that has a 151 skid from an 01 summit in it. i'de be more than welcome to take some pics and do some measuring for you. i just wonder if we are talking the same skid here, and wether that even matters. fwiw my sled had the suspension moved when it was lengthened, and as i said it is not a rev skid..its from an 01 i think. i have been having a hard time finding a rear shock that fits it as of late, so i wonder if the mounting positions are differant. lemme know if i can be of help
