HELP PLEASE!!! Bogging down problem!

ok, i have a 98 summit x 670. i have put in a new piston after a ring cracked, i put in a new ignition moduals, and a new rotary valve. the sled idles but when i give it gas it bogs. sometimes it will move about a foot or two then bog and so on and so on. if anyone can answer my problem please email me a snowfreak63@yahoo.com. thank you

P.S. its not the carbs, they were went through when i put the piston in, clean as hell. and yes they were put back together right.

if its a 98 it doesnt have a choke its got a primer

Probly rotary valve timing. You need a rotax degree wheel, instructions and be able to understand them.

Hey pm me I have a race manual for '99 ski-doo 670 that I no longer use. It covers every nut and bolt. Timing , carbs the works. Book is like new and I had to order it from the ski-doo factory. Let me know if interested in book.

If it does this all the time, and hasn't run correctly since the rebuild I would say RV timing.

look at your tether on the inside is a star shape if it has moved its no good you will have to replace it and have it programed at your dealer i think that year of sled has the mpi on it . you said you replaced the ignition box, if so the tether is your problem.
