Need Help!
2005 RMK 900. Picked up a low mile rmk900 anniversary edition.
It had been sitting for 3 years or more. put it back together as the clutch and recoil were taken apart, new premium fuel, changed fuel filter , and it fired up , coughed and sputtered till the new gas was running through, smoothed out and now it starts fine and idlers nicely.
Backed it out of shop and when throttled up it falls on its face and dies or boggs down.
I removed the belt and same thing. it doesnt want to bring up the rpms past 2500.
It seems to work for a few seconds when it is cold but then stalls/bogs out. Once its a little warm it wont get past the clutch engaging. It does reverse when cold but once warmed up it will not engage without stalling/bogging down in reverse either.
Fuel pressure is 60psi. Fuel Filter is unrestricted. new plugs.
I have read about the TPS and TSS and both seem to function correctly.
Any Suggestions??
