Help on coolant hose routing please

Hi folks,
I'm hoping someone can line me out on a sled I'm trying to finish up.

What I have here is a Gen. one w/a CVM tunnel & RXL 650 engine.

The stopping point I'm @ is the coolant hose routing.

What I have to work with is a bulkhead cooler, under seat u cooler, brake, coolant res. , & of course the engine. I just dont have anything to compair to over here like it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated-----Proflow

So should I just pretend the bulkhead cooler is plumbed like the running board coolers are on a xlt / xcr etc ? Basicly T- into the under seat cooler lines just wherever in the engine bay that makes sense ?

Thanks in advance--------Proflow

No reason why that shouldnt work just fine.

Thanks X2Freeride,

After looking @ it for a bit, its seems like that should work alright. I'll know more after tomorrow eve.

Thanks again---Proflow

No problem. Like you said your setup makes sense if you just think of it as completing the loop like the XLT does minus the running board coolers.

OK, I got it all plumbed last night.
The only thing I may change is due to the major drop & roll on the chaincase the brake cooling would have been a little goofy.
So I chose not to cool it. Ive seen people run without before & am hoping this sled will be alright, otherwise I'll cool it later.

Thanks---Proflow
