HELP! Oil line lost?

Alright, disclaimer first. The picture took all of 3 minutes... taken with a cell phone. Get all your laughs out now.

Here's the question:

1999 Ski Doo Summit 600

There is a oil line running from the top of the reservoir, and then runs behind the block. This line (outlined in yellow in the pic) hits a T connection directly between the cylinders. HOWEVER... there is no line running away from this connection!

Any ideas? Where should this thing end up? I can't find any loose lines laying around... oil is obviously shooting out the other side... not fun.

Any help is much appreciated!

There is a fitting on the case, behind the clutch, thats where it goes.

My dads 00 700 has that. it oils the crank bearing on the pto side. supposed to make it last longer. his didnt come from the factory with it tho...

99 and I think 2000 summit 600 were this way it was to lube the outside crank bearings. In 2001 they went to greased bearings so the plugged the fitting on the block and greased the bearings. Has the motor ever been rebuilt? They may have installed a newer crank are its a newer motor. Did there use to be a plug on the T fitting.

Hose 13 runs from the resivor to the top of the block and to a T fitting correct? If the pto side fitting is capped then the cap on the other side of the t fitting has fallen off.

It looks to be rebuilt... I can see a fresh gasket peeking through (don't have any history on it... it switched hands a few times).

The pto side was capped... I assume I should just cap the T fitting then. I ran a line between the two last night... will it cause damage to leave it connected?

The line goes on the 90 degree fitting btween the carbs on upper case. When you fill your oil res oil will weep down and keep the water pump gear cavity lubed. Leave the white cap on the fitting behind the clutch.
