Help! Need some insight on final mods for '09 XFR

Taking '09 XFR1000(128") and extending to 153" with PC track and all factory Cat parts(rails, tunnel ext). Sled has engine mods(porting, v-force, D/D single-ceramic) with boondocker NOS, Boss seat, chromemoly front arms(narrow). Just trying to figure out what to do to put the finishing touches on. Mostly off-trail, boon-docking with a little groomed trail riding occasionaly.

Ski's? Looking @ MODS or PP?
Handlebar Riser's and Bars.....What should I go with?
Headlight covers....Want to keep stock headlights, but want to dress up
Venting.....what is/are my best options for cooling and minimal snow entry
Front/Rear Shocks?
How far to cut down windshield(how many inches high should it be)?

I am somewhat green on the mountain mods(being from MI), so any other tips/comments are appreciated!

You may have to gear it down, and clutch it.

Just for reference stock 09 M8's are geared 57/63

XFire8- Thanks for the info where is the best place to get the float conversion and the bars and risers?

PM Freeagent on here she will get you bars and the float conversion at a great price....you could maybe add an oles machine angled riser to your stock post, but i don't know what the xfire r post is like for sure.
