help!!! need some awnsers

i bought a sled from new york and the guy never sent any info title mso ect. i had it shipped and need to register it but cant and the guys email is not valid . my dad is a cop and had him run the vin and its not stolen so what or how can i do..

Do you have the bill of sale?
Some states don't require a title and he may not have one.
Also, go down to the local sled dealer (for which ever type of sled it is) and see if they have any info registered thru the sled company that you can get. Take your bill of sale with you.

the good news is WA dosent issue titles for sleds, only registrations. what i would do is go the state patrol office and see what thay recomened, this may be a option for you. is you might be able to buy a bond for the sled, basically its like a insurance policy on the validity of ownership, thay are not to expensive and i think thay are only required for like three years. now it has been a long time ago that i also had to do something like this, and you know how things can change
