I guy off from this forum contacted me about a slp rz motor i have. Well worked out deal that i would trade my motor for his long storie short I'm out $160 and my badass rz 545 motor. What can I do legally

its not legal but i would break his knee caps and see how he likes them apples!!!!!!
Most importantly get as much info out about him so he doesn't do the same thing to someone else.
Like said earlier it may be a federal offense if mail was involved. in which case you need to report.
Small claims will probably get you nothing but its pretty easy to do.

X2 you would get enough satisfaction from that you wouldn't care about the money.
OK. I checked with my wife (a deputy sheriff). If he took your money and motor and has not paid for it as agreed then you can report it as theft. That is what a guy could do in Colorado.
You can also put a lien on his personal property if he has any, for the amount he owes you. I think most Clerk and Recorder's charge a fee of around 50 bucks.
