Help, motor 05 800

Help guys

Just burnt the new sled down, she was ported polish etc etc, piston on PTO side screwed from **** fuel, crank case cracked from conectoer rod bearing going?
The guy told me it was a new crank??
Im in need of some advise!
Guys in 100 mile house suggested i go with a new short block 800 for 2200?! But then all my porting and polishing work is gone??

Or find yourself a runner for a grandish less and doo a big bore on it and almost have the power of a smaller 7 or 8 hundo on boost at say about 8-10 poundsish.
