Help - MM leaking gas from PTO side

Hey gang - need your help. I am heading west in 3 weeks and I have a 2000 MM700 with trips, ported, and a boost bottle. In preparation for my trip, I took off the carbs, cleaned them all out, jetted it, etc. I hooked everything back up and she fired up just fine.

However, I noticed a decent amount of gas leaking out the bottom of the sled, on the pto side. I am sure this has been happening for some time as I have noticed it in the past when I stop - and when I leave, the snow is greenish from gas / oil mixture.

What are your thoughts? I know I hooked up all the gas lines to carbs right. What else could it be? Do other lines run out of the fuel pump that could be causing this? Any ideas / thoughts are appreciated.

The sled ideled just fine - just looking to track this leak down. I also did a pressure test on cylinders - 127 across.

Thanks.

Jon

are these by the pilot jet? How do I replace? I looked online and I can't quite figure out where they are on the carb. Looks to be on underside by pilot. How hard are they to replace? Will it hurt of I go without for this ride?

They are located under the float pin. The only thing to worry about is if they get so bad they would fill the crankcase with fuel when sitting or trailering. If you are looking at the fiche, it is #33.

Pop the float off, take socket and remove the seat. Pretty easy.

fuel leak

I could be the screws that clamp the fuel pump together, they do work loose.
