Help, Installing DJ kit on 07 XRS

I have a 07 XRS 151. Stock just can, ride at 7-10K altitude. I have 21,20, and 19T gears.

S8R helix.

I think this is a 160-320 spring.

What pin weight should I use?

What gear with this kit?

3500’ TO 14000’ELEVATION

SUMMIT 800
----------
S8R helix
S8R primary spring
13g~19g gram pin
Use Stk TRA ramp
Use stock purple secondary spring
Use stock new skidoo drive belt
Use stock gears or lower.

Initial Setup:
--------------
17 grams on clicker 3 for PTK @ high elevations of 3500+
17 grams on clicker 4 for XRS summit monoblock engine.3500’~8000’
16 grams on clicker 4 for XRS summit monoblock engine.8000’ +

It’s up to the owner for the area he drives in and style of driving. After a few test runs, the sled will tell you what flyweight to change to.
The clicker is rider preference depending on driver weight. More rider weight may require 1 higher clicker.
You'll easily find the right choice for your application. You can write your clicker number per elevation on a strip of masking tape stuck to your clutch guard.

The difference between the powder and setup snow is only a clicker change.
"Clutch Braking" on the Summit S8R kit works excellent, only having to use slight brake grab while descending hills.
Noting tach rpms the engine does a lot of brake work running up to 6500~7000+ rpms depending on driver weight.

Principles:
*Flyweight determines rpms. Need more rpms = Reduce flyweight mass. Need less rpms = Add flyweight mass.
*Clicker number influences the "response" of the system. Need quicker response = Raise clicker #. Need engine to push harder = Lower clicker #
Where you previous reveal the rpms start to drift low or you go over a hump or thru a dip and the rpms hang up low 5~600 forcing you to turn out....
...this kit will let rpms come quickly back to rated.
...what is fun is with slight more flyweight the engine will dip a few hundred rpms but you keep the throttle to the bar, the rpms grrrrrind back to rated and keep on accelerating.

The kit adapts to any environment easily and if needed, you can consult me any time with questions to enhance your particular application and where you operate.

Happy tuning
Joey
