Im trying to install the new air box onto the throttle bodies. The bodies measure 2-1/4" and the holes on the new air box are 2-5/8". I have this huge gap going around the bodies now, am I missing something??
I have an 08 800 dragon with the BD PG turbo kit. I have installed a couple of these kit on 08 and 09's. There is an aluminum collar with orings that goes onto the throttle bodies and then fits into the air box or inter cooler. I think the earlier kits are like this but I think they changed on the newer kit.
