Riding saturday I started getting over flow out of my vent tube of my coolant bottle I havent added any nor have I needed too. I let it cool down and opened the cap and it started to push out like it was too full then stopped?? What would cause this my sled is boosted by boondockers if that matters. My engine temps were good all day 123 was max I that I saw, anybody seen this or have some thoughts thanks.

I would say its just from the coolant being warm still. Should be no problem. When the sled blows coolant while your riding is when you need to worry

I may have mis understood. If you were riding when it was pressurising. Most likely it is your inner o ring under the head. Probably det. Related. Replace the o rings and run a little better fuel
Thanks for the input, the fuel i run is pretty good sunoco 112 so not sure why it would det but the inner o ring makes sense especially since it hasnt been running real great.
Inner oring for sure. Have dione it twice. Pack a set with you. If you get lucky it will only leak a little and you can get back but if you totally blow it out your day is done. If you have a set it is not to bad to change on the trail with a 700.
