HELP! Attitude Control Box Settings for Silber Kit

HELP! Can someone help me with some baseline setting for my Attitude control box? I have a Silber Turbo kit running 38 lbs. of fuel pressure and 3 – 4 gallons of 110 race fuel, and 6,000 - 10,000 foot altitude.

I have it running pretty well at 7 -8 lbs. of boost and my Attitude box settings are at:
Green = 3
Yellow = 3
Red = 3
Green / Blue = 5
Yellow / Blue = 4.5
Red / Blue = 4.5

however as soon as I increase the boost pressure I have problems with stuttering at WOT and my fuel / air gauge drops down into the 10 - 11

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Just call Dobeck Performance (406) 388-2377 in the morning ask for Chris he will get you squared away. You could contact Justin also.(320) 282-6812

Silber Turbo

Plugs are gapped at .023

Maybe I am not understanding how the AEM guage works. I was the understanding the lower the numer the leaner the mixture??? Or is it the lower the richer???

Drop your green blue down until you get close to 12.5 aft wot, than fine tune it with your solid red light.

think Im having the same problem so that's a great post :face-icon-small-hap.

For me to remember lower number=richer I just think about the name of the gauge Air to Fuel ratio. 10 means 10 parts of air for 1 part of fuel as opposed to 17 which would be 17 parts of air for one part of fuel. In the end it just make sense lol :face-icon-small-win

I have 2007 d7 with a silber kit and the attitude box and the new o-ring air box. It does not mater how much I turn up my boost I do not get any higher then 7800 rpm. I am only at 1000' elevation but I want to get it close before I go to the hills next week. I have 40 lbs fuel pressure and 68 grams of weight in the clutch. I don't seem to have any missing issues it just seems to hit a wall and stay at 7800 rpm. Any info would be appreciated thanks.

i think your hitting your limiter. im at same elevation as you and i need to run 76g weights to not over rev. i run 68's in the snowies and togwotee

Search dobeck style box cheat sheet. I did a quick. Tuning reference guide in the cat section. I am too lazy to copy the link

If I roll on my throttle slowly I can get up to 10 lbs but if I hold it wide open I drop to about 7 lbs. I wonder if is because I can't load up the engine enough here. I can still only get about 8000 rpm.

silber dragon

Update, thanks for trying guys but NO fix the sled just got worse all week checked and tryed everything im sending the box in to get checked out. Sure is a vacation i wont get back the silber turbo experiment has been a BUST the sled runs like a beast at 1000 feet but who the hell need a turbo there. When it gets to higher alt it starts failing bad. I update you on what they find out on the box.

What weights are you using? Also try dailing back your race fuel ratio. I found my sled runs the best with about 2 gallons of 110 at 7-8 lbs at 6000-9000 ft.

I have 72 grams in my primary using the team adjutable weight kit. I was runing about 50% race gas. I did send my box into Derek at Attitude Industries this week - he said my boos line had a small crack that could have caused the problem. He is installing it on his sled and will let me know how it works for him.
