Check engine light on, getting code 520324 5. There is not a FMI 5 listed in the owners manual. Sled only has 6hrs on it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I would bet money that it's your exhaust valve relays.

They're upside down from the factory (attached to the cross member of the overstructure) and once snow melts and infiltrates the plug from the back side it will work it's way down into the relays and cause all sorts of problems and ghost codes. Any road salt will accelerate/exacerbate things.

Examine them for any rust or corrosion, if you find any replace the relays and clean the female end with a piece of nail file or emery board. Apply some dielectric grease when you reassemble and relocate them pointed up on the left side of the overstructure by replacing the zip tie that holds the air box with a longer one. That way water can't get into them.

Primary Course of action
Inspect PWM converter wiring for chaffing/ broken wires Ensure no loose pins in converter connector
Replace signal converter if no wire/ connector issues are found
