Help...19tooth Gear Measurements

I have a 2012 Assault. I found a 19tooth gear sitting in my garage that must be at least 4 years old. I cannot recall what sled it came off of or was bought for.

I am thinking of putting it on my 2012 but was hoping to get an idea if it would most likely fit or not before tearing into everything. Does someone have a 19tooth gear that they can measure for me? Diameter? Width of teeth? Offset "collar" on the spline or flush on both sides, etc?

thanks!

ps. has Polaris been using the same gears for a while or are they different on the Pro's?

the 04 Rmk's with the 159 track used the 19 tooth top gear. On my 04 800 I re-geared it to 19/43. I hope this helps.

I have a 19T gear that was in my '12 Pro. Part number is 3221095. Outside diameter is 2 1/16", width of teeth is 5/8", and shoulder on back of gear is approx. 5/16". According to my manual, your sled is 20/42 with a 72P chain. 19/42 also uses a 72P chain.

did you notice any differenct between the 19 and the 20?

I had geared my Pro down to 19/46 with the stock track, so it was a huge difference. Very easy on the belt and clutches when riding the heavy timber. I just finished installing a 3" track and 7T drivers and the smaller drivers effectively gear it down even more, so I put my 20T top gear back in and after my first ride with the new track, I may gear it up some more.
