I have and will take appropriate action when your behavior has crossed the line! As it has! If you show up at my house or place of business the authorities will be called! Internet stalking and bullying is not the way to resolve anything.

This is the email i received from him yesterday, as you can see, he had no intention of paying and almost rubs it in my face.
Yes..please don't threaten this guy, he would and will charge if he can and this is not why i posted this, i just wanted others to know of his business practices and i hope he learns you just can't steal from someone and laugh and think it's not a big deal but then again...sending emails is not against the law
He has joined up as a member here and has reported these posts.
If anyone is sending a email to this person please do as the OP asked and do not threaten this guy.
Seems to me if the guy is a real man he'll post up and make this right. If he's got another side of the story, he can post that up too, but regardless if he accepted money for a product he didn't deliver then he should return the money in full and I simply don't understand why someone would join up and read these posts but not respond or make things right. I agree that if he is affiliated with certain businesses then those businesses need to be notified that he is doing business in an unethical manner and then threatening people with legal action when they try to recover their deposits. Coming onto a forum and flagging posts in order to get the negative publicity removed is just cowardly.
I found his website and his contact info and sent him a little note:
Subj: Robert, maybe you should honor your debts!
You took money for a helmet and a paint job from a guy in British Columbia......
You did not get him a hlemet or put your fancy paint on it either......
Paid him back $70 since 2010
Wow, what a stand up guy you are!
You send this guy messages that you are in dire straights and have no money, and have the nerve to send messages back to him using your new Ipad.
That is disgusting!
I would suggest that you make good on your debt.
Karma would suggest that after a relatively short period of time of ignoring your debt to this man, that something bad could conceivably happen to your place of business...... Not by my hands of course I would never do that!
I would hate for Karma to be right, wouldn't you?
