yeah, is this buyable now? i had pre-ordered this early last season...late december or jan i got my refund...
i was real excited about it too, i'm also looking for an ALL IN ONE unit like this.. i don't want wires n pack full of extra junk. and having to dig around for record/on/off etc. the all in ones look slick if they hold up to the environment we put them in..

Dont spend your pennys on those cameras, get a Vio POV1 and be stoked. I ran the pov 1 last season, and its freakin sweet. These guys build **** for the military, so you know its good for sleddin. fully waterproof, all the cables screw together for strong connections, and ships with a 110 degree wide angle lens, (this makes a huge differance!)

wow, after reading a review and looking at some footage between this and, specifically, the ACT2K (didn't look into the 3k after I saw how horrible the 2k was)...the pov1 is awesome.
makes me feel better about using it in "wet" situations too, considering the review says he dropped the unit into the lake, in record mode, and watched it continue to record...pulled it out, wiped off the lens and was gtg.
MUCH higher res video on the pov1..i like the record time too, and simplicity of AAs for power.
the more i read on the 20 20, the more it sounded like a 'beta' product still..lack of accessories, and other things.
after the point about battery life was made, having a unit to put in your pack makes sense to keep batteries out of the elements..which i'm sure increases run time on the pov1 with that alone.
the price is still quite spendier..but i think probably worth while in the long run.. hmm, mb its a good thing i didn't get my 20-20 (vholdr).

This year I'm going to pick up a bullet cam to hook up to my Canon HV20 HD camera, to keep the video rolling when i don't want to stop and set up. That VIO - POV is the chit if all you want is a bullet cam and to post vids on youtube, but it's not very versatile and it's techno specs are not very good compared to other systems. There's some killer bullet cam systems now and there's also some pretty good bargain systems.

VIOSport also has some great bullet cams besides the Vio-POV for under $300.
Then you have the EBay deals from KT&C which look pretty good on the surface and are a killer deal, but apparently don't perform as well as they should.
