Helmet Cam???

I want to get a helmet cam but do they work well? What kind should I get? Anything i should be aware of before i get one? Anything would help!!

We have a camera off of Helmetcamera.com that we have used for almost 8 years now. Works pretty good. Only thing I don't like is having the wires hooked up to the camera, but it still works great. I want to get the wireless one soon but just haven't done it yet.
