Helmet cam vid from Rabbit Ears 1-9-10

Had no problems getting a good amount of vid on the 2g card. More than I needed. Switched it down to the 720dpi just to make it easier for my computer to digest.
I did empty the card after each day.

Nice vid! Are you using a vholdr camera or is that an attachment that plugs directly into a regular camcorder?

I was kinda skeptical at first with the all in one set up but the camera has delivered some quality footage and is sooooo easy to turn on and off. Leave it on the helmet all day and just reach up and slide the switch on when needed.
Been practicing doing the follow someone footage but still need a little work on that....but its coming! Kinda tricky to sled full speed thru the trees....looking to the left at a sledder instead of where you are going
I tried to rig up a camcorder on my backpack this weekend, with less than mediocre results, so it looks like I will be selling the camcorder to buy one of these. Think I saw you up Sunday afternoon, I was with the group that had the M8 suck way up in the trees right off the trail.If you aint getting stuck, you aint having fun!!
One guy at the bottom looking up at a few guys in the trees getting a sled unstuck? Its the getting unstuck thats not always the funnest!
I use to use the bullet cam attached to a camcorder and what a pain. Cables and turn the camcorder on...put it away. then ride. This all in on is soooo much easier to use so you can catch way more good footage.
Yah that was my group. I had just dropped down from there, so he didn't plow me over on his way down. The M8 couldn't do what my XP could do that day, at least not in our group anyway!! Sent a PM zach. Time to post the camcorder on craigs....

Keep the camcorder so you can have the double shot
Do the splitscreen with the pov on one side and someone filming from another angle?
Cool footage. The contour is a sweet setup for sure. I used one for the first time last weekend also. I also find it a little strange that considering there are so many people up there, there is so much untracked area!
Nice footage! With no new snow this week, it will be pretty beat up this weekend. But, like you did, not far off the trail. . . freshies. For as many people who ride there, where do they go? We always find untouch pow! Most of the time not far from the parking lot
Rabbit Ears effect...haha I see it everywhere I ride!

Hey, I'm up here in Washington and I was just wondering what all that fluffy stuff your riding in is called? And there also seems to be something wrong with your sky. it's a funny color. Shouldnt it be gray?
