Been perusing Snowest since about 2010 but finally nutted up and joined. I work for an electrical contractor in Seattle but home base is back in North Idaho which is where I do the majority of riding. Finally making a Revelstoke trip this year and cant freakin wait.

I haven't ridden anywhere in Washington. Just Idaho and Oregon so far. I don't know anyone else around Seattle that ride sleds. When I tell people at work about snowmobiling they give me this blank stare. I can't wait for sledding season. Where do you usually go?

Haha I know the feeling, it's rare to find anyone in the city who knows anything about sleds.

Last year was my first year riding out here, so I'm still meeting new riding buddies and finding new areas but last year I was around Stevens Pass quite a bit at the beginning of the season, and Lake Gallagher for the rest of the season as there was no snow down low. I'm excited to check out some new areas if we actually get some snow this year.

Definitely bring your sled out here if we get some snow, I'm always down to ride.

Yeah that's sounds good. Hope we get some killer snow this year. Its what keeps me sane during the winter months.

Make sure you go the the Puyallup Snowshow in 2.5 weeks from now! You will see how many sledders there are in Washington State! A LOT!!!!

Lots of clubs to join there that will tell you where to ride.

I am from BC and is always worth the drive.

Oh hell yeah. I missed the 509 films snow show at the Coeur d'Alene casino a few weeks ago. Dang work gets in the way. My buddies got to go and drink beers with the crew! So not fair. I might be in Colorado in a couple weeks for work...figures. Gotta make money to support my winter addiction!!
Looking forward to meeting some new people over here who are as addicted to snowmobiling as I am!
