Hello from Minnesota!

Hello everyone, I'm an 18 year old snowmobiler from Minnesota. This spring I upgraded from my first sled, a 97 Indy 500 that I put 4000 miles on in a few years. I bought an 02 800 RMK with a 156. I plan on taking a lot of trips out west with it and hitting the deep stuff. Hopefully we can make a trip very soon out there, like in a month, that would be nice! Another thing you should know about me is we have a cabin in Embarrass, which is "the coldest spot in the nation." Riding up there is great! I bought the rmk soon enough in the spring that I brought it up north and did get 75 miles on it. And one final thing, I'm a big nascar fan, favorite driver is Casey Mears.

I actually grew up in Grand Rapids, MN not too far from Embarrass.
Your "coldest spot in the nation" comment brought back some memories of 1996. I was in middle school that year when Tower, MN up by Embarrass hit 60 below. I remember they had canceled school for basically the entire week because of the cold temperatures but I remember that day when records were set looking at my parents thermometer and it was pegged at 45 below (couldn't go any further) and stayed there for a long time.
I remember trying to start my sled later that week on one of my days off and I could hardly turn the engine over... now all we get are these mild *** low snow winters.
